Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using WhatsWrong.ie.

Using WhatsWrong.ie

WhatsWrong.ie provides AI-generated guidance about problems in your home, based on photos and descriptions you submit. It's designed to help you understand what might be wrong and what your options are — it does not replace an in-person inspection by a qualified professional.

No guarantee of accuracy

Our AI gives its best assessment based on the information provided, but it can be wrong, and it cannot see everything a professional could see in person. You should always use your own judgement, and stop and call a professional immediately for anything involving gas, electrics, or structural safety.

Requesting a professional

When you request a professional quote, we pass your details and photos to a vetted tradesperson in our network. WhatsWrong.ie is not a party to any agreement you make with that tradesperson, and any work carried out is between you and them.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice in an emergency.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WhatsWrong.ie is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance, or from work carried out by a professional you were connected with through the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WhatsWrong.ie after a change means you accept the updated terms.
