Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026. This page explains what information WhatsWrong.ie collects and how it's used.
What we collect
When you use WhatsWrong.ie, we collect the photos and descriptions you submit for diagnosis, basic device and usage information, and — if you request a professional quote — your contact details and address so a tradesperson can reach you.
How we use it
We use your photos and descriptions to generate an AI diagnosis and to improve the accuracy of that diagnosis over time. If you request a quote, we share the relevant details (including your photos) with a vetted tradesperson so they can provide an accurate quote.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share your contact details with a tradesperson unless you've explicitly requested a quote.
Data retention
We keep diagnosis photos and conversations for as long as needed to provide the service and improve our AI, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us using the address below.
